101 Solaris electric buses for Stockholm
- The Swedish transport operator VR Sverige has once again decided to purchase our buses.
- As part of an impressive order for 101 electric buses, Solaris will deliver models with lengths of 9, 12, 15 and 18 meters.
- We are currently carrying out another large order for this operator, for 81 Urbino 15 LE electric buses, awarded in 2025.
103 e-buses for Nobina!
- Our company’s latest contracts with Nobina include the delivery of a total of 103 Urbino 15 LE electric buses.
- The zero-emission vehicles will operate routes in the regions of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Skåne.
- Deliveries are scheduled for 2027.

Solaris in Bus Simulator!
- For the first time ever, you’ll be able to take the wheel of a Solaris bus in the iconic Bus Simulator series!
- Bus Simulator 27 launches in the second half of 2026, and on its cover you’ll find… our Solaris Urbino 12 electric!
MZA Warsaw extends its order
- MZA decided to exercise the so-called option to extend the contract, signed in September 2025.
- The capital carrier has ordered another 79 electric buses: 50 articulated Urbino 18 electric and 29 units of 12-meter Urbino 12 electric.
- The entire order therefore covers the delivery of 158 zero-emission battery buses.
- Warsaw is among the European leaders in terms of the number of zero-emission buses in operation.
Up to 115 electric buses to Switzerland!
- We have signed a framework agreement with Swiss public transport operator PostAuto for the supply of up to 115 e-buses.
- The tender covers two electric models with a modular drive system, available in 12‑ and 18‑meter versions.
- PostAuto has already placed its first orders for 33 buses – 23x Urbino 12 electric and 10x Urbino 18 electric.
First Solaris Urbino 10.5 electric will go to Kielce
- Kielce has chosen our latest model – five Solaris Urbino 10.5 electric vehicles.
- This model is the winner of the prestigious Sustainable Bus Award 2026.
- Delivery will be made by the end of May 2027.
- Solaris’ cooperation with ZTM Kielce began in 1998. During this time, we delivered 154 buses to the city.
Trolleybuses for MPK Lublin
- MPK Lublin has ordered 20 state-of-the-art Trollino 12 trolleybuses.
- The new vehicles will join Solaris’ already extensive fleet of 120 zero-emission trolleybuses and buses in Lublin.
- Along with Gdynia and Tychy, Lublin is one of three cities in Poland that uses trolleybuses in their public transport systems.

120 articulated buses to Warsaw
- In December 2025, we won the year’s largest tender announced by the Warsaw Public Transport Authority.
- We will supply 120 articulated diesel buses to the capital’s carrier.
- The purchase will modernize Warsaw’s fleet and replace the oldest vehicles in daily operation.

Solaris buses head to San Francisco!
- The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) has ordered three 40-foot battery-electric buses and three 60-foot articulated battery-electric buses.
- To date, the company has secured contracts to deliver battery-electric buses to Seattle and trolleybuses to Vancouver, Canada. The San Francisco order represents another step forward in Solaris’ presence in North America.
Aarhus goes shopping: 50 e‑buses
- In October, we signed a contract with the public transport operator AarBus for the delivery of 50 Solaris Urbino 18 electric buses to Aarhus, Denmark’s second‑largest city.
- The contract also includes an option for an additional 36 vehicles.
- The deliveries are planned for 2027.
- This is another important step in strengthening Solaris’ position in the Northern European market.
